By now, I’m sure you are aware that I may have a slight obsession with the cold shoulder. It’s so flattering and chic, which draws me to this beautiful trend. During the weekend, especially during warmer months, I like to wear light and airy clothes so you can enjoy the patio if you are out for lunch, dinner or drinks. This ivory lace cold shoulder blouse is perfect for any weekend festivity.
I hope you all had a lovely weekend and mother’s day!
This weekend it was nice to be home after being in New York earlier in the week. I was able to celebrate my mom and grandmother and I couldn’t be more thankful for them. Since it’s getting warmer now, I was able to wear this ruffle denim dress to lunch yesterday with my family for Mother’s Day.
I’m finally back from my trip to New York and I can’t wait to share with you guys some of the amazing spots I was able to go to and best of all, my experience at the Create & Cultivate conference. It far exceeded my expectations, so stay tuned for some fun posts coming soon!
Mother’s Day is this Sunday and it’s the perfect time to show your mom how much you love and appreciate her. I’ve been so blessed with an amazing mother who is my biggest cheerleader, confidant, supporter, you name it, so I always love to treat her on this day and show my appreciation for her. My mom is pretty hard to shop for, but jewelry and beauty products are always a win, so I’ve put together a Mother’s Day gift guide in case you still don’t know what to give your mother or grandmother this year.
If there is one pattern you will see trending this season, it is gingham. It’s a classic pattern that has been around for a long time and can be worn several ways. This particular gingham knot top has a fresh, retro look with wide, bell sleeves and is slightly cropped. However, it’s not too cropped as it has more of a flowing shape but I like to pair it with high waisted jeans or shorts.
