The 90’s is officially back in full swing. From oversized flannel plaid shirts to chokers, Adidas sneakers and wearing a button down shirt tied around your waist, you can’t escape it. You may have noticed from my first post on the blog that I love a shirtdress. I like finding classic wardrobe staples that have a bit of an edge such as this flannel shirtdress.
This flannel shirtdress by Current Elliott totally gives that 90’s vibe and let me tell you, it is so comfortable. The fabric is made up of a brush flannel, so it’s extremely thick and perfect for fall. This shirtdress appears to have a shirt that ties around the waist, but it’s in fact long sleeves that create the self-sash. Current Elliott really makes some of the most comfortable clothes. I love all of their elevated basic items that are staples for your wardrobe.
I wore heels with this flannel shirtdress, but I plan to swap them out with sneakers for a more casual look. Who knows, I may even wear it with a choker next time (just kidding).
