There’s nothing more I love when it comes to outfits than looking effortlessly chic. In today’s post, I wanted to share this silk blue dress that has been one of my favorites for summer. Blue has always been one of my favorite colors and when I spotted this one-shoulder ruffled silk dress, I knew it would be perfect for so many different occasions. It’s timeless and versatile at the same time.
This silk blue dress can be worn to a wedding with the perfect pair of heels or dressed down with sandals for brunch, dinner al fresco, or any other social gathering. It’s important to have wardrobe pieces that are versatile enough to wear for different events. The fitting of this dress is so relaxed, but yet it’s so chic for summer. It’s lightweight for the hot temperature outside and the side slits at the hem add for more movement.
This silk blue dress is so simple, yet it has so many beautiful details. First of all the color is my favorite. The cinched elastic waist is flattering for all different body types and the ruffled one-shoulder adds a feminine touch. This dress is to be on heavy rotation for the rest of summer and will definitely come with me on the next beach getaway.
